This page explains what data the Transformation Lab collects when you visit this site or submit a form, and how that data is used.
Form submissions
When you submit any form on this site — including the micro-intake forms and the full opportunity intake on Engage the Lab — your submission is sent to the Principal Investigator by email. Submissions may be stored for:
- Follow-up — to reply to your enquiry or continue a conversation.
- Quality review — to assess whether the opportunity is a fit for the Lab.
- Measurement — to track lead quality, conversion rates, and the effectiveness of this site and its advertising.
Your submission may include your name, work email, a description of your problem or opportunity, and any other details you provide in the form. Attribution context (such as how you arrived at the site) is also captured automatically and included with your submission.
We do not sell your information or share it with third parties outside of the measurement systems described below.
Analytics and ad measurement
This site uses Google Analytics and Google Ads to understand traffic patterns, measure which pages and ad campaigns are driving enquiries, and improve the quality of ads.
These tools may set cookies and collect data about your visit, including pages viewed, time on site, and the ad or search term that brought you here. This data is used to:
- Understand how the site is used and where it can improve.
- Attribute form submissions to the ad campaigns or organic sources that generated them.
- Improve the relevance and efficiency of Google Ads campaigns.
No analytics or ad tracking fires without your consent. A cookie consent banner is shown on your first visit. All measurement tags are set to denied by default (Google Consent Mode v2) and only activate if you accept analytics cookies.
You can withdraw consent at any time by clicking Manage in the cookie banner, which appears at the bottom of the page.
Cookies and local storage
In addition to cookies set by Google Analytics and Google Ads (when consent is granted), this site stores a small amount of data in your browser:
| Storage | Key | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|---|
localStorage | lab_visitor | Anonymous visitor ID and first-touch attribution | Permanent (until cleared) |
sessionStorage | lab_session | Session ID and current-touch attribution | Session |
This data is used only to correlate your sessions and attribute conversions accurately. It is not shared with third parties and does not identify you personally.
